    BANYAN RESERVE GULFCOAST MULE

    • oz Banyan Reserve Vodka 
    • 1 Lime 
    • oz Pomegranate Juice 
    • Ginger Beer (Fever Tree, Fentiman’s, or Barrit’s) 
    • Lime Wedge & Pomegranate Seeds for Garnish 

    Method: Fill mule cup with ice. Add vodka, pomegranate juice to shaker. Shake and strain into mule cup. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wheel and pomegranate seeds.

  • Banyan Reserve Pearadise Spritz

    BANYAN RESERVE PEARADISE SPRITZ

    • 1.5 oz Banyan Reserve Vodka 
    • .5 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur 
    • .5 oz Simple Syrup 
    • .75 oz Lemon Juice 
    • .75 oz Real Cranberry Juice 
    • Sparkling Wine or Seltzer 
    • Pear slices & Cranberries for Garnish 

    Method: Fill a Collins glass with ice. Combine vodka, spiced pear liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice, and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into glass. Top with sparkling wine or seltzer. Garnish with a pear fan and cranberry skewer. 

     * To make simple syrup, add 1 cup water to a small pan and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup granulated sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool.

    BANYAN RESERVE BLOODY MARY

    • 1.5 OZ BANYAN RESERVE VODKA
    • 3 OZ TOMATO JUICE
    • .5 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
    • A FEW DROPS OF TOBASCO
    • .5 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

    Coat the rim of a highball glass with lemon juice, and dip into a mixture of pepper, salt, and celery salt. Add vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice into the glass and stir well. Add spices, tobasco, worcestershire, ice, and stir well. Garnish with a lemon wedge and/or celery stalk.
