Moonshiners Tour
Join us to hear untold stories of debauchery, daring, and rum running in St. Petersburg, Florida
Taste your way through 6 craft spirits as you learn the history of prohibition and bootlegging in St. Pete. You might even meet our very own Moonshiner, Clara Robbins, winner of the TV show Moonshiners!
During this 60-minute experience, you’ll walk through our dimly lit distillery to see where our spirits are made. The distillery is an active production space and gets quite hot! Make sure you dress to battle our lovely Florida heat.

Cocktail Class
Join for 90 minutes of cocktail making fun! You’ll be guided through how to make 2 of our signature cocktails with breaks in-between to enjoy the fruits of your labor. You’ll also get a mini tour and sneak peak into the distillery lab to upcoming products! The experience will include a small gift to help you make the cocktails at home!
When it comes to cocktails, Courtney is your girl! Creating over 100+ cocktails over the course of her career, there’s no task too big or too small for Courtney to tackle. Using only the freshest of ingredients including fresh-squeezed juices and house-made syrups, Courtney’s cocktails are not only delicious, but they are some of the most beautiful creations you’ll find.
Channeling her passion and expertise in the hospitality industry, Courtney opened her very own cocktail lounge, building it from scratch, including the design, build out, menu creation in the quaint, coastal community of Wilmington, North Carolina. With each carefully crafted cocktail and every detail on point, she turned her bar into one of the hottest spots in town, captivating locals and visitors alike.
After building the nationally-recognized cocktail lounge and fry bar from scratch and turning it into a beloved local gem, she made a bold move in 2024—selling the business to chase new dreams under the sunny skies of St Pete, Florida!
