Gulfcoast Mule
Ingredients
- 2 oz Banyan Reserve Vodka
- 1 Lime
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- Ginger Beer (e.g., Fever Tree, Fentiman’s, or Barrit’s)
Method
Fill a mule cup with ice. Add vodka and pomegranate juice to a shaker. Shake and strain into the mule cup. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and pomegranate seeds
