Blend of a minimum 4-year aged Corn Whiskey and a 7-year aged Corn Whiskey. The finished blend contains approximately 15% rye. Smoked Appalachian oak chips are added to the barrels during the aging process to give an added depth of complexity to this spirit. The result is a full-bodied whiskey with a beautiful balance of corn sweetness, vanilla, and smoky notes. Perfect for the professional or casual whiskey drinker.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Old St. Pete Sunshine Whiskey
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet red vermouth
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh mint
  • 4 blackberries
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

Method

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir, and strain into your favorite old-fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with a Florida orange peel and maraschino cherry
